Delete your DottedLine account

This page is for the DottedLine app (iOS and Android). Use it to request deletion of your DottedLine account and associated personal data. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to sign in to send this request.

Request deletion by email (no app)

Email contact@orbitem.com with the subject “Delete my DottedLine account.” Include the email address on the account. We process verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

Delete in the DottedLine app

Sign in to DottedLine.
Open Profile → Account.
Tap Delete account. Confirm with your password, or request a 6-digit code we email. Deletion is permanent.

On the website after sign-in: Account → Delete account.

What we delete

Your profile, credentials, sessions, trusted devices, ID photos, and other personal data tied to the account. Public civic records (for example a display name already shown on a petition signature wall) may remain in anonymized form so existing petitions stay accurate.
